Dubai: The United States has introduced a new system called the FIFA Pass to help international travellers plan their travel for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The FIFA Pass gives eligible travellers a chance to book visa interviews sooner than usual.
This step aims to reduce long waiting times as the US prepares to host a large number of visitors during the tournament.
US authorities clarified that an early interview does not mean automatic visa approval. All applicants must still meet standard visa rules, submit the required documents, and pass the interview. The FIFA Pass only helps with appointment timing and does not affect the final decision.
Applicants must clearly explain their travel purpose and show that they meet US visa requirements. Any mistakes or missing information can still cause delays or refusal.
Officials advised travellers to apply early and prepare their applications carefully. Even with the FIFA Pass, proper documentation and honest answers remain essential.
The Visa Guy is assisting visa applicants in preparing their applications correctly, improving their chances of approval, and securing early interview appointments through the FIFA Pass portal.
