Estonia Schengen Visa Requirements from UAE

• Valid Passport:
  You must submit a passport that was issued within the last 10 years. It must be valid for at least three months after your planned return date. Make sure your passport has at least two blank pages. You must also submit your old passports, if you have any, and a copy of the first (bio data) page of your current passport.

• Visa Application Form:
  You must complete the visa application form and sign it twice. If the applicant is under 18 years old, the legal guardian must sign the form twice. You must also provide proof of custody, such as a birth certificate or divorce papers, if required.

• Photograph:
  You must submit one recent passport-size photo. The photo must be taken within the last six months. It must be 35mm x 45mm in size, in color, with a white background. Do not edit the photo using any software.

• UAE Residence Permit:
  You must provide a valid UAE residence permit. The permit must remain valid for at least three months after your planned return date.

• Travel Health Insurance:
  You must buy travel health insurance that is valid in all Schengen countries. The insurance must cover at least 30,000 EUR and must be valid for your entire stay. It must cover emergency medical treatment, hospital care, and repatriation in case of illness or death. You must buy the insurance from a European insurance company or from an approved company in the UAE. If you apply for a multiple-entry visa, you can submit insurance that covers your first trip.

• Proof of Accommodation:
  You must show where you will stay during your entire trip. You can provide a hotel booking, a rental agreement, proof that you own property, or a confirmation letter from your host stating that they will provide accommodation.

• Flight Reservation:
  You must submit a round-trip flight ticket or a confirmed flight reservation to and from Estonia.

• Travel Itinerary:
  You must provide a clear travel plan. Include your daily schedule and the places you plan to visit.

• Proof of Financial Means:
  You must prove that you have enough money for your stay. Submit your personal bank statements for the last three months. The bank must stamp and sign the statements. 
• If you work, submit a recent letter from your employer that shows your salary, job position, start date, and contract details. 
• If you own a business, provide your trade license and both personal and business bank statements for the last three months. 
• If you are retired, provide your pension statements or proof of regular income. 
• If you are a student or unemployed, your parents or legal guardians must provide their bank statements.
•  You must show that you have at least 130.8 EUR for each day of your stay in Estonia.

• Children Under 18 Years Old:
  If a child travels alone or with only one parent, you must submit the child’s birth certificate. You must also provide a consent letter signed by both parents or the legal guardian. Sign this letter in front of a visa officer or have it properly legalized. Submit copies of the parents’ passports. If needed, provide a translation of the birth certificate in English or Estonian.

• Students:
  If you are a student, submit a copy of your student ID card. You must also provide a letter from your school, college, or university confirming your enrollment.
