Application Form
This has to be filled in English or Portuguese, make sure it’s typed
Passport Size Photo
A passport-sized photo with a white background, taken in the last 6 months.

Original passport and a copy valid for at least 3 months beyond your departure date from the Schengen area.
UAE Residence Visa
A copy of your valid UAE residence visa, which must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended departure date.
Travel Insurance
Insurance policy covering the entire Schengen area with a minimum of €30,000 for medical expenses, repatriation, or emergencies.
Sponsor’s Letter (NOC)
For employees: Original letter on the company’s letterhead mentioning job details, leave dates, and purpose of the visit. Must be dated within 1 month and stamped.
Details About Accommodation:
Flight reservation including return ticket.
Financial Proof:
Signed and stamped personal UAE bank statements for the last 3 months.
For Minors (Under 18):
Birth certificate or proof of legal guardianship (translated into English or Portuguese).
