Documents Required to Get a Singapore Visa For UAE Residents
Visa Application Form (Form 14A):
- Complete and sign the form. Your signature confirms that you understand the legal consequences of providing false or incomplete information.
Photographs:
- Two recent passport-size color photos with a clear white background, wearing a dark-colored shirt. (size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm)
Passport:
- Submit your original passport, which should be valid for at least six months from your entry date into Singapore. The passport will be returned the same day.
UAE Visa Copies:
- Submit a UAE residence visa (valid for the entire trip duration), along with the Emirates
Salary Certificate:
- If employed: An original, signed, and stamped salary certificate from your employer, with your position, salary details, and the company’s full contact details (address, phone, email/website). It must be dated within the last month.
- If self-employed or a business owner: A signed and stamped letter on company letterhead showing your position, income source and amount, and company contact details. Also, include your trade license indicating your position as a partner or owner.
- If a dependent: Provide the sponsor’s salary certificate or company letter. For minors, a NOC letter signed by both parents along with copies of their passports and UAE visas is needed.
Flight Booking
- Provide a round-trip flight reservation when submitting the visa application.
Accommodation
- Non-residential: Bookings for a hotel or serviced apartment covering your entire stay in Singapore.
- Residential: If staying in a private or shared residence, provide an invitation letter and a colored copy of the National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) of your host in Singapore.
Letter of Introduction (LOI – Form V39A)
- If required, your Singapore-based contact (who must be a citizen or permanent resident, aged 21 or above) can issue an LOI. It should include their full name, NRIC number, occupation, full address (including postal code), and phone number.
Invitation letter from the inviting company in Singapore, if applying for business purposes.
